The seller

The seller is Ehsan Hajialiasgar, an individual. His legal name and full postal address are shown in the purchase window, on the booking form and on the payment page, before any payment instructions, and you can also receive them by email from [email protected].

Some books are published under the Vezvezak imprint, but every sale on this website is made by Ehsan Hajialiasgar.

Buying a book

Before you pay, you accept these terms, the refund policy and the reading licence below, each with its own tick box.

Books are paid for by Zelle inside the US, or by bank transfer with Wise from outside the US. There are no card payments. After paying, you send the short order form. Once your payment is confirmed, the link to your book is emailed to you within 24 hours.

Prices are in US dollars.

Reading licence

When you buy a book you receive a personal, non-transferable licence to read it on your own device. You do not buy ownership of the file.

The book is protected by digital rights management (DRM) and opens only in the reading app. Copying, printing, sharing, re-publishing or getting around the protection is not permitted. If this licence is broken, it ends.

Private lessons

Lessons are offered by the term: twelve weekly lessons on an agreed day and time.

Sending the booking form is a request, not a booking. Before sending it, you see and accept the cancellation rules. I reply by email; if the time suits us both, the reply explains how to pay by Zelle or by bank transfer with Wise. Your place is confirmed once the full term fee has arrived.

A discount on the term fee is given on condition that the whole term is completed. Cancellations, and how discounts are counted when you cancel, are set out with examples in the refund policy.

Students under 18

For a student under 18, a parent or guardian must send the booking request and accept these terms.

Refunds

Payments by Zelle and bank transfer are final. Refunds are made only on written request to [email protected], under the refund policy, by the same payment method.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, my liability for any purchase is limited to the amount you paid for it.

Governing law and courts

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA. To the extent the law allows, any dispute will be heard by the courts of Santa Clara County (San Jose), California.

Your legal rights

Nothing in these terms limits any consumer right that the law does not allow to be waived.

Changes to these terms

The terms in force on the day of your order or booking request apply to it. Any new version will be published on this page with a new date.
